About the Role

As a Business Development Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of talent acquisition and industry growth, identifying recruitment opportunities within high-growth life sciences and MedTech companies. Engaging directly with startup founders, investors, and senior hiring teams, you will provide market insights and bespoke talent strategies to support business expansion.

This role requires a blend of market intelligence, relationship management, and strategic recruitment expertise, offering exposure to high-level decision-making within a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Competitive Intelligence

• Identify talent trends and hiring demands within biotech, MedTech, and digital health startups.

• Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to pinpoint high-growth opportunities.

Strategic Talent Partnerships

• Develop long-term relationships with startup founders, venture capital firms, and senior hiring managers.

• Provide expert consultation on recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and market positioning.

Tailored Recruitment Solutions

• Design and implement bespoke hiring strategies aligned with client business objectives.

• Advise clients on employer branding and talent attraction methodologies to secure top-tier professionals.

Global Networking & Industry Engagement

• Represent the company at leading MedTech and biotech conferences across the USA and Europe.

• Expand professional networks to ensure access to high-caliber industry talent.

Performance Analytics & Business Growth

• Track key recruitment and business development metrics to refine outreach strategies.

• Leverage data-driven insights to optimise hiring success and client engagement.

Candidate ProfileSkills & Experience:

• Proven ability in business development, market research, or recruitment.

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is advantageous but not essential.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Vincere, or Bullhorn is beneficial.

• A strong interest in life sciences, biotechnology, or healthcare innovation.
