Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Marketing, or related;
• +2 years of experience in recruiting for tech-related roles;
• Resilience, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset;
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and candidate engagement;
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, Google X-Ray, and GitHub;
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach suitable candidates based on identified needs;
• Conduct interviews and prepare a shortlist of candidates for submission to our clients;
• Build and maintain pipeline of candidates to meet current and future project demands;
• Create and publish job advertisements to attract qualified professionals;
• Negotiate rates within project-specific budgets, ensuring transparency and compliance with all relevant regulations;
• Provide feedback to candidates regarding the outcomes of recruitment processes;
• Assist in building and refining internal processes, including sourcing, training, and other resources.
