We are expanding our global team and looking for a Vice President Human Resources to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, admin, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Work closely with team leads and leadership to support team growth, structure, and overall people strategy.
- Guide and support the People & Culture team in their daily activities and long-term goals.
- Maintain and improve HR guidelines and policies, ensuring consistency and clarity across the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand team needs and proactively address challenges.
- Support and help coordinate training and development programs across teams.
- Monitor HR data and feedback to identify trends, improve retention, and support employee satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and compliant workplace across distributed teams.
- Lead internal initiatives to strengthen company culture, communication, and transparency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Experience in a SaaS company is required; familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of people operations and remote work environments.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws across multiple countries and ability to navigate international HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with distributed teams.
- Proficient in using Asana for task management and team coordination.
