About the Company

Priori transforms how legal teams find, engage, and manage outside counsel, connecting them with the right talent at the right price for any need. With over a decade of experience partnering with legal teams, we provide access to flexible talent, a global law firm marketplace, and cutting-edge software for managing law firm panels and legal RFP workflows. Our software is designed to improve efficiency and transparency in legal service procurement and management.

About the Role

Priori is looking for a creative and organized Content & Communications Manager to help shape how we communicate across clients, prospects, media, partners, and the broader legal community. You’ll support the development and execution of messaging, content strategy, and communications efforts that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This is a cross-functional role that sits on the marketing team, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams. It’s a great fit for someone with strong writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and a few years of experience building content programs or working in a communications role within the legal industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and refining messaging and positioning to ensure consistent, compelling communication across channels
  • Help manage and execute our content calendar – including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, white papers, trend pieces, and more
  • Contribute to original research and signature reports, including survey design, writing, and promotion
  • Support our thought leadership efforts by drafting and editing high-quality, engaging content
  • Assist in managing PR initiatives, including drafting press releases and maintaining a calendar of key announcements
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across marketing channels, including web, email, and social media
  • Research speaking opportunities and help prepare and submit proposals for events, podcasts, and panels
  • Manage award submission processes and maintain a calendar of company and client recognition opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts and help respond to inbound press inquiries
  • Collaborate with vendors and freelancers as needed for content production and distribution
  • Use tools like Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and WordPress to manage content workflows and track performance

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, or PR role
  • Familiarity with the legal industry or legal tech strongly preferred

Required Skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, curious, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and digital content strategy
  • Experience working in CMS platforms (like WordPress) and with CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce.com, HubSpot)
  • A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact
