What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Establish and communicate customer expectations and manage project deliverables
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain financial stewardship at the trial level

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical operations management with a focus on managing clinical trials
• Extensive knowledge of clinical development phases (I, II, III) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Strong project management, risk assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload in a dynamic environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience with investigator sites and/or monitoring
• Familiarity with Functional Service Provider (FSP) models
