Role: Project Manager – Executive Dashboard & Operational Reporting Initiative (PM Skill – Waterfall)Location: USA RemoteContract12+ MonthsPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of in-house executive and critical operational dashboards. This strategic initiative supports ongoing KPI monitoring and operational reporting required for the OHPAC Wave 1 migration, with a focus on assessing revenue cycle health and performance during the transition period.
Project Scope
- Lead the end-to-end development of in-house executive and critical operational dashboards
- Ensure dashboards support ongoing KPI monitoring and operational reporting
- Oversee implementation of tools to assess revenue cycle health and performance during transition
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, and IT teams
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Manage project budget and ensure delivery within financial constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Establish and maintain project governance structure and reporting cadence
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive leadership and operational stakeholders
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with revenue cycle and finance teams
- Manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
Technical Oversight
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure dashboard architecture meets performance requirements
- Oversee dashboard design, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Ensure data accuracy, refresh timeliness, and system reliability
- Manage integration with existing systems and data sources
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback incorporation
Change Management
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Support end-users during transition from FinThrive to new dashboards
- Monitor adoption and address user concerns proactively
- Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Implement quality assurance processes and standards
- Monitor project performance against established KPIs
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements
- Manage vendor relationships (if applicable) and contract deliverables
