About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage social media engagement for brands and influencers.

Your main responsibility will be responding to comments and messages on social media in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

You’ll help answer customer questions, provide support, and keep online communities active and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on social media by responding to comments and direct messages.

• Provide helpful and professional responses while following brand guidelines.

• Monitor social media conversations to increase engagement and maintain a positive online

presence.

• Assist with customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a friendly and supportive manner.

• Collaborate with influencers & brands to maintain a strong online presence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong English writing and communication skills (quick, friendly, and professional responses).

• A fast typer and multitasker who can handle multiple conversations at once.

• Prior experience in customer service, social media management, or online communityengagement is a plus!

• Comfortable working nights & weekends (influencers have global audiences).

• A team player who follows brand voice guidelines.
