ServiceNow Senior Developer / Architect (SPM, HRSD) – UK CITIZENS ONLY PLEASE!!

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead and deliver complex implementations HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other ServiceNow modules. This role will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions, driving best practices, and ensuring successful deployments aligned with business needs.

You will join a collaborative team of experts and work on complex projects that enhance enterprise service delivery and digital transformation efforts across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop ServiceNow solutions.

- Lead configuration, customization, and scripting using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

- Build custom workflows and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

- Design secure data models, advanced ACLs, and reusable application logic.

- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Request, Change), SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio), and HRSD (Case Management, Employee Center).

- Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript (both server and client-side).

- Proven experience with Service Portal customization and Custom App development.

- Certified in at least one: Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HRSD, or SPM.

- Very good English is a must – both spoken and written – for effective collaboration and documentation.

- MUST BE UK CITIZEN (no exceptions allowed)

Nice to Have:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect.

- Experience with Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and Flow Designer best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a ServiceNow environment.
