Job Title: Administrative Associate / Assistant Life Insurance Business About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Associate / Assistant to support a Life Insurance business. This person will handle a mix of administrative responsibilities, client communication, and direct assistance to the business owner. A key part of the role will be to help keep the business owner accountable and on track of client meetings and applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistant-level support to the business owner, including accountability tracking.
  • Manage email and calendar scheduling across Gmail and Outlook.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reminders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Prepare, send, and track documents using digital signing software.
  • Maintain and update client information in HubSpot, CDM, and OmniLife.
  • Draft and manage client communications and reports with excellent written skills.
  • Support with digital marketing tasks, such as creating EDMs (email direct marketing) and simple designs or presentations using Canva.
  • Assist with process follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Chase up payments and change of superannuation funds.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to keep the business owner accountable.
  • Understanding of The Australian Privacy Act 1988

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of life insurance products in Australia.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including EDM creation.
