Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to inspire and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics within the telecommunications sector to identify and prioritize key opportunities.
- Drive pipeline development and revenue forecasting, ensuring a strong foundation for sustained business growth.
- Serve as the Regional Leader for the entire Communications GIU organization in JAPAC, effectively navigating Oracle’s internal landscape and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive business success.
- Engage cross-line-of-business teams to deliver large-scale, transformational solutions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations between Oracle and its customers.
- Review team performance regularly, providing coaching and support to help team members achieve their professional development goals.
ResponsibilitiesPreferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience in selling network and application solutions to the telecommunications industry at a regional level.
- Strong sales acumen, with expertise in both direct and channel sales, and a track record of running a disciplined, high-impact sales cadence.
- Highly collaborative leadership style, with the ability to matrix-manage and influence across a large, complex organization while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Track record of delivering business value to customers, helping them drive growth and expand their operations.
- Deep industry expertise and strong executive relationships within the telecommunications sector, including CXO-level networks.
- Strategic business solutioning skills, with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on understanding customer needs and aligning Oracle’s solutions to support their business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead through change and drive transformation, effectively navigating dynamic industry shifts and business challenges.
