Role Overview

We are hiring a Private Equity Associate to lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support. The role combines investment analysis with portfolio company partnership — owning workstreams from initial diligence through value creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Build LBO models, returns analyses, and investment memos for new opportunities

- Lead due diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, and operational dimensions

- Manage external advisors (consultants, lawyers, accountants) during deal execution

- Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, KPI tracking, and reporting

- Prepare materials for investment committee and LP communications

- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting

- Mastery of LBO modeling and returns analysis

- Strong commercial and operational diligence skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

- Experience managing external advisors and complex deal processes

- MBA from top program or equivalent track record preferred
