Business Analyst – Healthcare Technology (100% remote in GB)About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help lead the development of a cloud re-platforming of a major UK public sector service. As the market leader, my client are transforming how healthcare professionals deliver care, and this role is critical in shaping a product that enhances usability, innovation, and impact.

You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure our software meets the needs of users. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact product in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
• Gather and define requirements from customers, users, and internal teams.
• Work with development teams to refine user stories and prioritise the backlog.
• Conduct research, focus groups, and interviews to validate product decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive and effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
