THE POSITION:

As SaaS Enterprise Implementation Project Manager (EIPM), you will act as a primary contact for Enterprise clients that are implementing NovoPath’ s software products. The ideal candidate is someone excited about joining a small and growing software company. In this role, the EIPM will lead the end-to-end implementation of NovoPath’s largest and most complex customers onto the NovoPath LIS solution. An EIPM will create project plans, manage project deliverables, and deliver on all aspects of the project status. This person will be responsible for solutioning and configuring the NovoPath application to meet the desired workflow of our laboratory clients. We are looking for someone with internal drive, the ability to learn our proprietary LIS software quickly, and the ability to present possible solutions to any problem the team encounters. S/he will quickly become a subject-matter-expert (SME) of the NovoPath application and laboratory practices. This person will collaborate deeply with NovoPath’s internal implementation, technical support, software development, and customer success teams. A successful EIPM will ensure implementations are of the highest quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead Enterprise clients through the SaaS implementation process and deliver 'above and beyond' customer service through all stages of the project.
  • Manage the large and complex software implementation by following requirements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Become a subject-matter-expert (SME) in NovoPath’s products and how it can be applied to each laboratory’s unique workflow
  • Trains clients on the use of NovoPath software
  • Configure application features based upon customer requirements
  • Meets or exceeds project deadline and budgetary expectations
  • Troubleshoot application issues (technical and workflow) that arise during testing
  • Lead cross-function teams to ensure successful software deployments.
  • Transitions clients to Customer Success and Technical Support post go-live
  • Manage multiple client projects and prioritize activities

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of prior experience leading complex, technical projects
  • LIS and/or healthcare application experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Propensity to take initiative; thrives with change and ambiguity
  • Ability to train clients on software
  • Strong social and self-awareness skills – Ability to complete tasks and assignments with a positive, professional, and friendly approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superior writing and communications skills
  • Deliver the highest quality work product
  • PMP Certificate preferred

POSITION & WORKPLACE DETAILS:

  • This is a full-time, salaried position
  • This position is a 100% remote role
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Implementation & Professional Services
