Business Development Director – Dental M&A

A leading dental support organization is looking for a Business Development Director to drive growth through strategic acquisitions. This role focuses on identifying and affiliating with successful dental practices, building relationships with owners, and guiding them through the acquisition process.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple deals at once, and knows how to build strong connections with doctors and practice owners. What You’ll Do:

• Identify and build relationships with dental practice owners interested in partnership opportunities.
• Manage the full acquisition process, from initial outreach to deal closing and integration.
• Work closely with internal teams, including due diligence, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Attend industry conferences and engage in other networking efforts to expand deal flow.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential acquisition targets and track progress effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in M&A (ideally in dental or healthcare services)
• Experience working with practice owners on ownership transitions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
