Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives across the USA.
As the primary marketing team member in the NYC region, you will manage and execute our client’s marketing strategy, working closely with the London HQ to bring campaigns to life.
Reporting (remotely) to the Marketing Director in the UK. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative marketer with previous experience in luxury wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries – you will have a proven track record of working across industry with a super savvy attitude in the world of social media and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will have a strong focus on social media, campaign execution and brand partnerships.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Work with our Creative team to develop social media strategies that grow brand awareness, followers, engagement, and sales conversions
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities to improve social media strategies
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns engaging strategies(organic and paid) across Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
Work closely with the creatives on content calendars and ensure timely posting and updates.
Must stay on top of social trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours to ensure content resonates
KOL & Influencers:
Identify and establish relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
Manage KOL campaigns from start to finish, including negotiation, content creation, and tracking performance.
Leverage Affiliate platform for seeding
Monitor KOL activities and analyse engagement data to assess campaign success and ROI.
Coordinate with KOLs to ensure brand guidelines and expectations are met while maintaining authenticity in collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyse social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and other platforms.
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to improve social media strategies.
Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Campaign Execution: Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and social media marketing, influencer collaborations, pop-ups, and experiential events.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Cultivate relationships with brands, brand ambassadors and key partners to amplify our brand presence and drive consumer engagement.
Public Relations Assist managing press requests working with our PR agency and Marketing Co-ordinator.
Retailer Marketing Support where necessary the Retail Commercial team for Retailer comms and activations
Development Opportunities:Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development and execution of our client’s marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Ensure alignment with company goals and values.
E-Commerce Strategy:
Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to implement digital strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) that boost traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals.
Consumer Insights & Analytics:
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity. Use data to refine marketing strategies and ensure successful campaign performance.
Product Launches:
Support marketing efforts for new product launches, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies that engage the target audience and maximize impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communications with luxury wellness, beauty/fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Must have a proven track record in managing social media including organic and paid social.
- Must be savvy on culture/zeitgeist and the world of influencer marketing including seeding, paid, and affiliate marketing
- Ideal to have some experience in digital media
- Previous experience in executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for emerging marketing trends.
- Both big picture and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
