Low Code Developer - £45-60k (Airtable)
Job Description
Posted on: April 25, 2025
We kill the Dark Stack
Most brands run on a hidden ecosystem of messy spreadsheets, manual workarounds, and knowledge trapped in people's heads. We call this the "Dark Stack."
We don't just implement another disconnected system. We build the operating system that product-driven brands actually need.
Our Framework
- Makes the invisible visible
- Connects what exists rather than replacing it
- Creates interfaces everyone uses, not just the ERP elite
- Evolves without expensive consultants
Our work has become the backbone for brands like Jaded London, Passenger, and Strathberry. Whether augmenting an existing ERP or building a custom operational layer, we deliver the right system at the right time.
Your mission
You'll transform chaotic operations into elegant automated solutions. Working with our Solution Architects, you'll leverage Airtable and Make to build systems that our clients couldn't even imagine were possible.
How we actually work
- Team reality: Buddy system with a senior dev. We learn together.
- Client contact: You'll join client meetings. No developer isolation here.
- Workload: 2-3 clients plus support hours. Flexible schedule.
- Freedom: Technical autonomy within our Framework. Low-code needs creative thinking.
- Growth: Quarterly innovation weeks for learning and team building.
You'll build stuff like:
- Custom ERPs for second-hand retail businesses
- Global fashion sourcing systems
- Bespoke production apps for luxury brands
You need:
- 3+ years developing systems
- Low/no-code experience (Airtable, Make or similar)
- Strong data architecture understanding
- UX-focused automation experience
- Exceptional organisation and communication
Our values are actions, not posters
- Go Together: Close loops religiously. Partner closely.
- Find a Way: Simplify complexity. Solve creatively.
- Lead with Energy: Impact over inputs. Face challenges optimistically.
Diverse teams build better solutions
We welcome all backgrounds, identities and perspectives. Different experiences create better systems.
Interview process: ~4 hours over 2 weeks, including practical work
This is a junior role in a high-growth business. You'll be mentored by incredibly talented and established operators in low code and automation. If you can't find the time to write a few words about why we should interview you or address some concerns we might have upfront, you're unlikely to get screened.
