Job Title: Manager, Project Finance

Location: Remote - EST time zone

Responsibilities:

• Lead the negotiation and structuring of project-level debt financing agreements.
• Manage relationships with lenders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Oversee financial due diligence and compliance processes for debt transactions.
• Structure and negotiate tax equity agreements to optimize project returns.
• Collaborate with tax equity investors to ensure successful financial close.
• Manage tax credit compliance and reporting for projects.
• Develop and maintain robust project financial models to support financing and investment decisions.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project finance, with a strong focus on renewable energy.
• Proven track record in successfully raising debt and tax equity financing.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• In-depth understanding of renewable energy markets, tax equity structures, and financial regulations in the U.S.
