• Analyze business process, design the new, future point of arrival E2E backend systems landscape Design Corp Service system POA systems;
• Create User stories in close collaboration with our business partners;
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements;
• Work close together with our development teams and ensure that the developments will be done accordingly to the business partner needs;
• Support the Project Manager on a daily basis, identify project risks and mitigate them;
• Coach and challenge our business partners each day, to ensure that we stay in the use of standard software components;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis field;
• Experience in Financial Systems Business Analysis/Development activities;
• Skills to solve problems without supervisory;
• Knowledge of SDLC the role will require drawing IT solutions and Business Processes;
• Presentation skills the role is very often displayed to wider audition; the Analyst is exposed to contact with Business;
• A hands-on approach and creativity, think out of the box;
• Familiarity of Agile methodologies (sprints, backlog management etc.);
• A strong digital mind-set and an experience from working inside Finance and Data area;
• A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills;
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English;
• BA certification;
• Proven BFSI experience and knowledge.
