We are seeking an experienced K-12 Strategic Account Leader to drive growth and partnerships across school districts and state education systems. This role focuses on building strong relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and expanding adoption of education programs that support student success.

This is a highly visible role that combines consultative selling, account management, and data-driven strategy.

Job Title: Account Manager – Education (K-12 / EdTech)

Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred)

Duration: Contract through June (with potential extension)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year account and territory strategies for K-12 districts and state-level partners
  • Build and manage relationships with district leaders, administrators, and decision-makers
  • Drive consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through closing and expansion
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand program adoption across accounts
  • Maintain and track a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Analyze data and performance trends to inform strategy and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and partner satisfaction
  • Lead presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or related sectors
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large, complex education accounts or state-level partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to influence and present to senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience working in mission-driven or education-focused environments
