Role Description

This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work alongside Lead Designer Ons on a range of residential and commercial projects in Malta and abroad. The role involves supporting the design process from concept development to detailed execution, ensuring all design work aligns with Mina’s aesthetic and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer on concepts, layouts, and design development
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and construction documentation
• Source, specify, and schedule FF&E with precision and creativity
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Contribute to project presentations and moodboards
• Maintain deadlines and uphold Mina’s commitment to design excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Senior Designer
• Strong skills in space planning, detailing, and FF&E selection
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is a plus)
• Exceptional eye for detail, precision, and visual composition
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, meeting deadlines consistently
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects is a strong advantage
