High-Volume Outbound Call Center Representative (Contract)

We are currently hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives for a short-term, fully remote contract opportunity supporting a high-volume outreach campaign. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for immediate work.

Additional Information

• Equipment is not provided – candidates must have their own Windows 10 compatible computer setup.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: Wednesday 4/29
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
• Pay Rate:$16/hour
• Location:100% RemoteTraining

• 3 days of paid virtual training provided prior to beginning calls.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Follow provided scripts and guidelines during customer interactions
• Accurately document call outcomes and notes in the system
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced call environment
• Meet daily call and productivity expectations

Requirements

• Previous call center, customer service, or high-volume phone experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
• Ability to work the full schedule (10 AM – 7 PM EST) for the duration of the contract
• Must provide your own equipment: Windows 10 compatible computer, reliable high-speed internet, and headset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment
