The Role
We’re seeking a Creative Operations Consultant to support and lead our clients in optimising their in-house agency operations. This is a maternity cover role, ideal for a dynamic, hands-on individual who thrives on delivering exceptional work, building strong client relationships, and driving meaningful change.
Your time will be split across:
- Project Delivery (50%)
- In-House Marketing, Creative & Production Operations Support (25%)
- Business Development Support (15%)
- General Administrative Support (10%)
This is a client-facing role requiring expertise in marketing, media, creative, and production workflows, coupled with the knowledge and experience to implement technologies and drive operational efficiencies. Making recommendations on best practices, owning your area of expertise and lead the client through the execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Client Projects: Design and execute tailored solutions for in-house agency optimisation, from change management communications to implementing new tech.
- Implement Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, recommend workflow, DAM and automation tools, and provide training for marketing teams.
- Drive Business Growth: Assist with expanding client relationships, preparing presentations, and supporting new business efforts.
- Contribute to Administration: Support the team with project coordination and operational tasks.
About You
We’re looking for a self-starter who combines operational expertise with a can-do attitude.
You must have:
- 10+ years of industry experience, with a strong background in in-house creative operations.
- Hands-on client-side experience in an in-house agency setup.
- Expertise in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and familiarity with the C-Suite audience.
- Familiarity with Martech tools (e.g., Workflow, DAM, Creative Automation and AI tools).
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
