Vice President of Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will oversee and manage sales strategies and operations, lead and develop sales teams, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive business development efforts to achieve company objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to align strategies with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to effectively plan, execute, and optimize sales strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills to foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in Team Management to lead, motivate, and enhance the performance of sales teams
• Business Development expertise to identify growth opportunities and expand the company's market presence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proven leadership experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a similar industry
