Logan Growth Advisors is a Mergers and Acquisitions advisor with 30+ remote staff all around the world. We provide M&A and capital raising advisory services to lower-middle market and middle-market companies with a special focus on healthcare. Logan helps position the business attractively, then facilitates a competitive auction process to achieve optimal outcomes for business owners.
Position Information
We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is fully remote, so the ideal candidate will be a driven individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment. As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and building meaningful relationships over a long period of time. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and execute marketing and lead-generation strategies to continuously drive the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:Self-Starter
- Operate autonomously in a remote setting, consistently delivering results with minimal oversight.
- Proactively seek opportunities, manage your time efficiently, and ensure productivity.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Utilize a variety of marketing and lead-generation channels to build a robust pipeline.
- Qualify leads by conducting initial conversations and gathering key information to ensure they meet our target profile.
- Work closely with the President to set up opportunities that are primed for closing.
Collaboration with Capital Markets
- Provide support to the Capital Markets team when needed, ensuring that you understand the needs of this area and can step in as required.
- Assist with client outreach, communication, and follow-ups on capital market transactions or inquiries.
Marketing & Lead Channel Development
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for lead generation across various channels
- Continuously optimize and expand on lead generation channels to improve results.
- Test new ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our sales strategy and market demand.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Regularly communicate with senior leadership to report on progress, challenges, and success stories.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with little supervision.
- Solid understanding of lead qualification, sales pipelines, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in Capital Markets or a willingness to quickly learn and support Capital Markets functions.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to present, influence, and negotiate effectively.
- Creative and strategic mindset, always looking for new ways to generate leads and increase sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
