About The Role We are seeking an energetic, self-directed Executive Administrative Assistant/Administrative Business Partner to support the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Lockheed Martin. This full-time remote telework position requires an individual who can proactively manage complex schedules, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle sensitive correspondence with discretion. The role involves assisting with executive travel arrangements, preparing reports, documents, and presentations, and ensuring projects remain on track by resolving operational issues effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and creatively, especially in leveraging emerging technologies like AI. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across various departments and levels within the organization, providing vital support to senior leadership in a dynamic environment. Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with emerging technologies and a variety of applications and tools
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Diplomacy and discretion in dealings with senior-level stakeholders
- Proven track record in tracking actions, preparing reports, and creating presentations
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate internal meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and communication
- Assist with external speaking engagements and public appearances for the senior leadership team
- Track and follow up on action items and project deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Leverage technology, including AI tools, to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments to support organizational initiatives and communications
- Resolve operational and administrative issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
