Laurel and Grey is a digital marketing agency passionate about promoting and protecting the brands and individuals we work with. Founded in 2017 by agency veteran Katy Rutkin, our services include strategy and planning, content creation, paid media, platform management, and influencer marketing. Our clients span food and beverage, retail, education technology, B2B, beauty, and more.
Laurel and Grey seeks an experienced digital media specialist to join our team. This person will support our clients (confidential) in the B2B and tech sectors on media strategy, planning, execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think critically and strategically and maintains high professionalism and attention to detail. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in digital advertising is required, and agency experience is preferred.
This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the team in refining 2025 media strategies that include channel strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting and segmentation, creative counsel, and measurement
- Assist in the execution of campaign setup, creative trafficking, and QA
- Monitor media placements and ensure brand safety standards and qualitative guardrails are being met
- Manage relationships with vendors and external media partners
- Create and maintain strategic documents and white papers
- Set up regular brand lift studies and leverage results to inform future campaigns
- Provide regular campaign reporting; use reporting and analytics to influence optimization and future strategy
- Participate in regular meetings with clients and other agency partners
Experience:
- 4-5 years of digital media experience, with an emphasis on programmatic (CTV/STV, OLV, display, audio, and OOH) and digital direct
- Knowledge of the Amazon DSP is preferred but not required
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confident in paid media best practices, analytics, and attribution
- Strong data skills, including analyzing, visualizing, and extracting insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Compensation:
Employee will be paid at an hourly rate that will take into account skills and experience.
