For our client, we are seeking a Director Sales - Majors(miami) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and set performance expectations
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or business operations
  • 2+ years of experience managing HCM Account Executives
  • Experience with major account payroll and HR solutions in large organizations
  • Proficient in CRM software
