🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Work closely with stakeholders including customers, sales, developers, UX designers, and QA teams
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables
• Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders
• Support planning and task scheduling across product releases
• Gather and analyse feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
• Ensure high-quality delivery through detailed documentation, test case definition, and continuous process improvement

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration with technical teams
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with confidence working across business and tech teams
• Experience with backlog management, planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar development tools

Desirable:

• Experience with project management or construction tech software
• Understanding of Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource planning
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platform
