We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide remote administrative support to our leadership and operations teams. In this role, you will manage emails, schedule meetings, handle data entry, and perform a variety of administrative tasks that keep our organization running smoothly. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, this role offers variety, flexibility, and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize shared email inboxes, responding to or routing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls across multiple time zones.
  • Send meeting reminders, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, database maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Conduct special projects, research, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for client inquiries, routing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges proactively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
