KWAN is hiring a Mid Project Manager / Technical Project Manager for an exciting international project in the travel technology industry.

What is this challenge about

As a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and risks
• Act as the main point of contact between business and technical stakeholders
• Track project progress and ensure successful delivery against objectives
• Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and business teams
• Identify dependencies and proactively remove delivery blockers
• Drive continuous improvement across project management processes

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
• Experience delivering software development projects
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
