Lead and energise Kolsquare’s online presence by building a thriving digital community, creating social-first content, and amplifying our brand through strategic influencer and KOL collaborations. You will make our platforms not only visible but irresistibly engaging, turning followers into advocates, and showcasing what a stellar KOL strategy brings in terms of tangible business results. Reporting to the Head of Content and Communications, you own the global social media strategy, publishing cadence, content creation, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Content, and Product Marketing to maximise impact, while activating employees and partners as brand advocates. Your Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building & Engagement

  • Grow and nurture Kolsquare’s digital community through authentic interactions, storytelling, and engagement-focused content.
  • Develop programs to convert followers into advocates, including interactive formats (AMA sessions, polls, live events, challenges).
  • Monitor conversations, respond thoughtfully, and ensure our brand voice drives trust and relevance.

Social Media Strategy & Trend Activation

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies, prioritising reach, engagement, and community growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and platform features; experiment with new formats and hacks to boost performance.
  • Partner with KOLs and ambassadors to demonstrate concrete ROI of influencer activations for prospects and clients.

Content Creation & Amplification

  • Produce and edit video, visual, and written content tailored for social media, leveraging AI and creative tools.
  • Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with product, brand, and thought leadership priorities.
  • Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to repurpose assets into high-performing, snackable formats.

Employee Advocacy & Thought Leadership

  • Empower Kolsquarians to grow their personal brands on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and training to help employees share stories, insights, and thought leadership content.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track KPIs, report on follower growth, engagement, reach, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Use data to optimise strategy, content, posting cadence, and influencer activations.
  • Understand our competitors social media strengths and leverage best practices

YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves 🫵

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content, communications, or editorial roles within high-growth B2B SaaS, MarTech, or media environments, ideally with pan-European scope.
  • Sharp editorial instincts and strategic thinking — can translate business and product strategy into compelling narratives for segmented audiences.
  • Experience building integrated social media plans across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms).
  • Experience leading or collaborating in teams, preferably remotely and in a matrix environment.
  • Comfortable both setting the vision and diving into execution - briefing designers, editing copy, publishing posts, or handling last-minute updates.
  • Strong sense of brand voice, tone, and identity, ensuring messaging consistency across teams, platforms, and campaigns.
  • Self-starter thriving in a fast-moving, international environment.
  • Proven experience growing communities and managing influencer/KOL activations, with a track record of turning followers into advocates.
  • Data-driven, able to track KPIs, interpret performance, and optimise content strategy.
  • Based in an EU country.

Nice-to-haves ✌️

  • Multilingual: French, Spanish, German or other languages a plus.
  • Background in journalism, content creation, or influencer-led campaigns.
  • Advanced editing skills, including motion design or video production.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing and media landscape.
  • Experience with SEO, GEO, or analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in a scale-up environment, comfortable with agility and rapid growth.
