This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Brand Manager (Fully Remote) in the United States. In this role, you will lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives for well-known consumer brands, driving growth, market share, and brand equity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and agency partners to develop and execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify innovation opportunities. The role requires strong strategic thinking, business analytics, and project management skills to manage complex initiatives and deliver measurable results. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with occasional travel for collaboration sessions.

  • Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with revenue targets and long-term growth objectives.
  • Analyze consumer, category, and market data to generate actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with agencies and internal teams.
  • Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and contribute to the development of new products and line extensions.
  • Collaborate with retail and channel teams to create custom marketing programs for key accounts.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance through regular business reviews and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of brand management experience, preferably in CPG food or beverage.
  • Proficiency in market data analysis using tools such as Circana, IRI, or Nielsen.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience launching new products and working with agency partners on marketing plans.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
