You will partner closely with senior leadership to evaluate costs, support forecasting, and guide investment decisions across the business. Accountabilities You will be responsible for leading in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization, with a strong focus on healthcare finance, cost structures, and reimbursement trends. You will build and maintain forecasting models, evaluate financial feasibility of initiatives, and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems. You will also support leadership with high-impact financial insights and recommendations that shape business direction.
- Analyze financial performance, costs, reimbursement patterns, and profitability drivers to support executive decision-making
- Maintain and enhance cost accounting structures, charge codes, and financial forecasting models
- Develop capital budgeting and investment analyses including NPV, IRR, and payback evaluations
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities, acquisitions, and workforce planning scenarios
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across the general ledger and reporting systems
- Support compliance reporting, including regulatory filings and external financial reviews
- Contribute to process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and cost allocation methodologies
Requirements This role requires a strong foundation in financial analysis or cost accounting, ideally within healthcare or a similarly complex environment. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, building financial models, and presenting insights to non-financial stakeholders. Strong communication and analytical thinking are essential, along with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or cost accounting (healthcare finance preferred)
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems such as Infor or similar
- Hands-on experience with StrataJazz or comparable healthcare financial planning tools
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and healthcare reimbursement structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership through financial storytelling
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting strategic business initiatives
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
