Position Summary
ESP is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its global platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity or venture capital, proven experience in fundraising and limited partner (LP) relationship management, and the ability to engage effectively with global institutional investors.
This role combines strategic execution with deep investor engagement, serving as a critical bridge between our investment platform and international LP community.

tions1.3–10 years of Investor Relations or Fundraising experience within private equity or venture capital, especially USD f
unds.2.Strong understanding of global LP ecosystems, fundraising cycles, and investor expectat
ions.3.Proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other capital part
ners.4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a
plus.5.Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong business negotiation and cross-cultural communication sk
ills.6.Bachelor’s degree or above; international education or professional experience prefe
rred.
