We are seeking a strategic and hands-on content leader to build and grow online communities across EMEA. This role focuses on creating meaningful engagement in professional forums, Slack groups, LinkedIn, and Reddit, transforming conversations into actionable insights that inform marketing, product, and brand strategy. The successful candidate will own the vision and execution of community initiatives, championing authentic interactions while mentoring peers and scaling best practices. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, leveraging creativity, analytics, and communication skills to elevate community as a core pillar of the organization’s brand presence. Accountabilities
- Lead the strategy, moderation, and growth of online communities, including Slack, LinkedIn, and Reddit, ensuring consistent, credible, and engaging brand representation.
- Foster active participation and meaningful connections within communities through AMAs, workshops, discussion prompts, and other engagement initiatives.
- Monitor conversations across platforms, surface insights, and translate trends into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and brand teams.
- Build frameworks, playbooks, and moderation standards to ensure scalable, sustainable, and compliant community engagement.
- Identify and explore new community opportunities, including emerging channels and industry-specific spaces, to expand influence and engagement.
- Serve as a trusted voice in talent and recruiting circles, representing the company with authenticity, credibility, and strategic communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading online community initiatives in professional or B2B contexts, ideally with EMEA exposure.
- Strong content, writing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and thoughtful interactions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize community trends, sentiment, and feedback into actionable insights.
- Experience with community management tools, monitoring platforms, and AI-assisted engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, navigating debates, and fostering authentic, practitioner-first communities.
- Curiosity for evolving community trends and emerging platforms, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
