We’re looking for a dynamic Community & Social Media Coordinator to manage our event host network and drive our social media presence. If you’re a highly organized, creative, and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Location: Remote (US based only)
Job Type: Full time, flexible hours - plus on-call for events 4 weeknights and 2 weekends per month
Salary range: $45-$55k

Key Responsibilities 💙Social Media & Content Creation:
- Publish engaging content (still images and videos) across various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram (80k+ followers).
- Proactively collaborate with influencers attending events to create compelling content.
- Gather host-related content and feedback to inform social media strategy.
- Organize and recruit content creators to capture event experiences.
- Create basic graphic content using Figma and edit short video content using CapCut.
- Assist in generating written content for social media posts and community announcements.
Community Coordination & Host Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Jigsaw Dating event hosts across the US.
- Distribute necessary information and resources to hosts to ensure successful event execution (including managing and communicating host contracts, schedules, and event information) and address host questions or concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Collect and organize feedback from hosts regarding community member experiences, and relay that information to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hosts.
- Assist in the execution of online community initiatives and contests.
General Administrative Support:
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for 👀
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Experience in community management or event operations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Figma, and CapCut (or similar video editing tools).
- Comfortable working with payroll and scheduling systems (Gusto experience a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with influencers.
