What You Will Do

• Design and build robust infrastructure using Python, React, and Kubernetes to handle billions of dollars at scale while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows and enterprise-grade mortgage operations.
• Develop and deploy AI agents that navigate high-density data environments to automate and continuously improve entire financial operations.

The ideal candidate

• Has 4+ years of professional experience building and scaling high-quality software applications within complex distributed systems.
• Demonstrates mastery in backend or full-stack development, preferably within the Python, React, and GCP ecosystem.
• Possesses a strong technical curiosity for regulated industries and the ability to translate complex federal laws into extensible code architecture.
