A leading global health and wellness eCommerce company seeking a Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team. This fully remote role (with a preference for candidates based in Southern California but not necessary) is focused on developing, managing, and executing engaging content across multiple digital platforms. You will coordinate daily updates, manage promotions, and ensure all content remains accurate, timely, and consistent across a global audience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute content updates across global websites, including core sites, careers pages, and HR portals
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep content timely, accurate, and aligned with business goals
- Partner with localization teams to ensure content is properly translated into 35+ languages
- Set up and manage global and regional promotions across websites and mobile apps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Customer Experience, Logistics, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Document process changes and new feature rollouts for internal tools and systems
- Continuously improve workflow efficiency by proposing and developing optimized processes
- Provide feedback to product and technology teams to enhance internal tools and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or website management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and project management tools such as Asana
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfort with learning and mastering proprietary content management systems and internal tools
