🚀 Contract Opportunity: ServiceNow Administrator (Fully Remote)

📍 Location: Sunshine Coast QLD – (Work from anywhere in Australia)

Are you a ServiceNow expert looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to take ownership of platform administration, queue management, and workflow optimisation on a short-term contract.

You’ll ensure the ServiceNow platform runs smoothly, resolving break-fix issues, maintaining SLAs, and driving continual improvement across ITSM processes. Collaborate closely with service desk, operations, and business teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage ServiceNow queues and resolve break-fix tickets
• Administer and maintain platform configurations, categories, priorities, and SLAs
• Monitor and triage incident and request tickets for timely resolution
• Configure and optimise workflows, notifications, and service catalogue items
• Support integrations (email, SSO, chatbots, monitoring tools, etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and identify improvements
• Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles

💡 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
• Hands-on experience with workflow configuration and automation
• Familiarity with integrations across systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage competing priorities
