Your Responsibilities

🔹 Engage with potential customers – Connect with small-to-medium businesses via outbound calls, face to face door knocks, etc. introducing them to our shipping solutions.

🔹 Understand customer needs – Ask insightful questions to analyse their current shipping processes and identify ways we can save them time, money, and hassle.

🔹 Convert leads into customers – Build relationships and guide prospects from first contact to active customers.

🔹 Account management & retention – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively supporting their evolving needs.
