A little about the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team and help expand our presence on the East Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in software sales, particularly in industries dealing with high-risk, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business in the East Coast region.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in target sectors, including mining, energy, transport, utilities, and manufacturing.
  • Drive sales efforts for INX Software and K2fly solutions, focusing on risk, compliance, governance, and workforce management needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably within the risk, compliance, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the East Coast market, with established relationships across industries such as mining, energy, utilities, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to understand complex software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
