SAP Project Manager

SAP Project Manager (SuccessFactors / HR Transformation) – Permanent | Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £80,000

My client, a fast-growing global SAP consultancy specialising in HR transformation and SuccessFactors delivery, is looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple HR technology programmes across international clients.

This role will focus on end-to-end project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management across a range of SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of HR and IT transformation projects (primarily SAP SuccessFactors)
• Translate Statements of Work into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project governance including RAID logs, reporting, and budget tracking
• Coordinate global teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and overall project health
• Support resource planning and cross-project visibility
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and project scoping
• Help define and embed PMO standards and best practices

Key Experience Required

• 3–5 years’ experience in project management within HR or IT transformation
• Experience in consultancy or professional services environments
• Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g. Onboarding, Learning, Performance)
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or similar SaaS HR systems
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across global teams
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
• Experience supporting pre-sales or SOW scoping
