Technology Delivery Manager

Location: Romania, Remote. Why are we hiring a Technology Delivery Manager ? The Technology Delivery Manager is expected to have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (principally SAFe and SCRUM) with experience of delivering projects within an Agile environment and programme increment function. • PI quarter Delivery Manager will be looking at current and next PI quarter capacity planning
• Documentation for the PI ceremonies in a workspace SharePoint
• Facilitating art sync meetings weekly status reports
• Project Coordinator for the teams on the delivery of projects on time
• Tracking of project progress and budget tracking for project delivery
• Communicate with internal and external Stakeholders
• Maintaining a risk census for the project delivery with team guidance
• Facilitation of design workshops & walkthroughs.
• Assisting with clarifying and prototyping requirements into designs
• Day to day leadership of the agile development teams
• Line management of development teams
• Assist with technical guidance to teams where applicable
• Identify issues and assist in solving or finding resolutions to keep projects on track
• Provide guidance and coaching so to ensure that the teams follow the agile process
• Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Strong track record as a Project Manager delivering software development projects
• Experience of leading an Agile development team
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
• Good people management skills
• Experienced dealing with Clients (Internal and External)
• Prince 2 qualified (Desirable)
• Awareness of ISO9001
• Awareness of GxP standard
• Experience working in a regulated industry (Desirable)
• Awareness of Product Architecture (Desirable)
• Awareness of Secure coding principles (OWASP 10, SANS CWE 25) (Desirable)
• Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role
