Program Manager

Title: Program Manager

Location: Remote EST - Candidates must be located in EST or will not be considered

Duration: 48 Weeks

Compensation: $30-$35/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the Insights team in managing production of Insight reports.

• Report process, policy and product concepts effectively to senior leadership, business and cross-functional partners by simplifying complex problems

• Perform urgent, time-sensitive investigations of quality issues or escalations to determine root cause and recommend corrective action using data driven insights

• Identify and quantify the impact of top quality metric issues, conduct root cause analyses, and work with key cross-functional partners to implement change

• Proactively and independently initiate and execute implementation plans and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

• Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and Community Standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions) and SQL

• 4+ years working in an Operations, Insights, Analytics, Product, Engineering or equivalent team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm or similar fast-paced environment

• 4+ years experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders

• 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience

• Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean
