Insight Global is seeking an HR Generalist to support one of our top healthcare clients. This fully remote role is vital in maintaining a compliant, respectful, and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and be skilled in handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and care. The groups that this person will be working with will have a very high call volume. This team is very focused around culture and helping each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted HR partner for clinical and non-clinical staff, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Corrective Action Support: Guide supervisors through the progressive discipline process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Documentation & Coaching: Attend and document employee write-ups and disciplinary meetings, offering HR guidance and ensuring procedural integrity.
- Termination Facilitation: Support and coordinate involuntary terminations, including documentation, compliance, and respectful offboarding.
- Leave Management: Administer and track Paid Time Off (PTO) and bereavement leave, ensuring accurate records and adherence to policy and applicable labor laws.
- Policy Interpretation: Provide clear, consistent guidance on HR policies and procedures, tailored to the healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist or employee relations experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working in a remote or multi-site environment.
