This is a mid-level position for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in both strategic and operational research, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is eager to grow within a multidisciplinary team. The role is remote or in the office, but only from Poland. What You’ll Be Doing

· Recruit and manage participants from both internal and external user databases.

· Analyze research data to uncover user needs and pain points.

· Communicate insights through concise reports, slide decks, and team presentations.

· Champion the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

· Help evolve research processes and best practices across teams and clusters.

· Experience working with Product Designers and PMs to integrate research into product strategies.

· Ability to adapt within large, cross-functional product teams.

Communication

· Skilled at translating complex findings into simple, compelling insights for a non-research audience.

· Comfortable creating clear, structured documentation and presentations.

Mindset

· Hands-on and pragmatic — willing to support in participant recruitment, documentation, and testing.

· Growth-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
