🚀 We're Hiring: NetSuite Administrator (Finance, Inventory)

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Employment Type: Contract - 3 months initial contract

Our client is currently looking for a NetSuite Admin for an initial 3 month contract to help support the day to day management and oversight of their NetSuite environment.

As a NetSuite Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, by managing system queries, creating and maintaining reports and saved searches, and ensuring the smooth operation of existing NetSuite functionality. You’ll work closely with our external support partner to develop and enhance system capabilities, and rigorously test changes.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Finance and Inventory teams to streamline processes, reporting, and compliance.
• Design and implement custom workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and scripts.
• Manage and optimize Celigo integrations between NetSuite and other platforms (e.g. Website / 3PL / CRM).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency.

🧠 What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, especially Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets) and Inventory (Items, Fulfillment).
• Hands-on experience with Celigo integrator or similar iPaaS tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
