We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to help drive the business forward. The role requires management of customer accounts and delivering the level of service that Innova customers have come to expect. Specifically, you will discuss requirements and improvements with your customer base and suggest relevant solutions and services that can be provided by Innova. You will be provided with some warm leads from our Business Development Team, but the successful candidate will be expected to generate revenue themselves and grow your customer portfolio.
We need a self-motivated individual, who can work remotely, to take on this role and create long-lasting relationships through innovative solutions and service excellence. Innova has grown year on year, and we are increasing our Account Management team to maintain this trajectory.
Requirements
- Experience working in sales at an IT Reseller or Service Provider
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Understanding of IT services, hardware and software
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
You will be provided with a competitive remuneration package that will include salary and commission, but Innova are willing to be flexible on the specific split to suit both yourself and the business. There will be no upper limit applied to your possible earnings.
