Role Description The Remote Account Manager is a part-time role focused on managing and growing relationships with existing and prospective customers across global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients via phone, email, and online meetings, understanding their technical and commercial needs, and aligning Infrared Power Techsol’s solutions to those requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to support proposals, onboarding, and after-sales service, as well as tracking account performance, renewals, and expansion opportunities. The Remote Account Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare account status reports, and contribute to demand generation activities such as follow-ups on inbound leads and targeted outreach. The position is fully remote and requires proactive communication, structured follow-through, and a strong customer success mindset.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and account growth skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales and business development capabilities, such as lead qualification, opportunity tracking, basic pipeline management, and negotiation support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and data-driven reporting to monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Understanding of or interest in solar power, industrial automation, or energy technology; prior experience in renewable energy or SaaS is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills suitable for part-time remote work, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
