Position Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financials and research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics/KPIs
• Lead the monthly forecast process, including preparing analytics and coordinating with business partners, and identifying risks and opportunities in the forecast
• Model unit profitability analyses as needed to assist in decision making
• Help convert data into results by coordinating with leadership to ensure execution of key priorities
• Partner with non-financial leaders to bridge the communication between Finance and Operations
• Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
• Improve upon existing reporting on a proactive basis or as requested by management
• Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
• Contribute to preparation of business presentations for Executive management
• High degree of involvement in annual budget process
• Assist Finance Management with day to day tasks and special requests

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years of accounting and finance experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Highly proficient MS Excel skills, strong financial software aptitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime, particularly during the month-end close and budget process
• Proactive drive to get things done and anticipate what is needed
